To provide insights on your organization’s readiness for change and turn those insights into opportunities for major time and productivity gains. This seminar does that by revealing what really matters to people during times of change. To identify the forces behind your organization’s motivations for and resistance to change, you will use cutting-edge, scientifically proven tools.
UNCOVER WHAT DRIVES PEOPLE TO CHANGE
How we feel about change is important, but what really matters is why we feel that way. During this half-day seminar, we will investigate the forces for and against change that lie hidden in our basic existential values. These values are deeply rooted, forming in childhood and sticking with us throughout our lives.
Our existential values guide our thinking and behaviour in all aspects of our lives, including what drives us in our work. You will learn about the differences between various existential drivers and how these differences enable us to predict how people will act during a change process.
- 1. All participants fill out a self-assessment questionnaire. Through this, we can identify each person’s change driver.
- 2. Based on the composition of your group, we custom design a seminar. During the seminar, you will gain a strong understanding of the power of this theory by participating in practical exercises that help your group learn by doing. You will also come to understand the business value of knowing your organisation’s ability to change and how to measure it.
BASED ON SCIENTIFICALLY APPLIED THEORY
We base this workshop on a scientifically proven theory: The Rendahl Model™. This theory was invented by Swedish psychology professor Jan Erik Rendahl. It provides an explanation of what drives our sense of meaning, whether in our private lives or at work. During the session, we will apply the theory to examples of real change processes.
